Refund Policy

At D. Nichole Speaks, I value your time, energy, and healing journey — and I ask the same in return.

 

Cancellations

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. You may reschedule once at no additional cost. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

 

No-Shows

 

If you miss your session without prior notice, the session is considered a no-show and will not be refunded or rescheduled. Life happens, but communication matters.

 

Refunds

Because coaching is a time-based, results-driven investment, all sales are final. I do not offer refunds once a session has been booked or a program has been purchased. However, if an emergency arises, I am committed to working with you in good faith to find a fair solution — rescheduling or credit toward a future session may be considered at my discretion.

 

Group Programs or Digital Products

Due to the digital nature and immediate access to content, all sales for group programs and digital resources are final and non-refundable.
